How tayari collects, uses and protects your information.

This Privacy Policy describes how tayari (“we”, “us”, “our”) handles personal and project information you provide when using the tayari platform, accessible at tayari.app and related domains.

By creating an account or using the service, you consent to the collection and use of information as described in this policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

Plain English: we collect the minimum information required to deliver the service, we don’t sell your data, and your project information stays under your control.

Your account and project data are stored in databases managed by Supabase (backed by AWS), with row-level security ensuring that only you can access your own data. Payment processing is handled by Paystack. Website hosting is provided by Netlify.

These processors are contractually obligated to handle your data in line with their own privacy and security practices.

We retain your account and project information for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account or request deletion, we will permanently remove your data within 30 days, except where retention is required by law (for example, tax records relating to payments).

We use a minimal set of cookies strictly necessary for authentication (keeping you signed in) and for remembering your active project. We do not use advertising or third-party tracking cookies.

We apply industry-standard security practices including encrypted connections (HTTPS), row-level database security, hashed passwords, and restricted access to our infrastructure. No system can be made entirely secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect your information from unauthorised access or disclosure.

The tayari platform is intended for use by professionals in infrastructure development and financing. It is not directed at children under 18, and we do not knowingly collect information from minors.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by email or through an in-app notice. The “Last updated” date at the bottom of this page will always reflect the most recent revision.
